We normally increase our rental charges every two years. Our last rate increase was due in January this year but we took the decision to defer the increase due the impact of the Covid pandemic. In light of the progress which has been made in relation to the pandemic and the restarting of activities, we now propose to implement a small increase in room hire rentals from 1 September 2021. The charges quoted on this website are those which will come in to force from September.
